OARS Celebrates Our 1-Year Anniversary!

September marks one year since we began--thanks to all our volunteers and supporters for

helping us rescue 407 homeless pets!

WOW - just one short year ago, we were just a group of six women who wanted to change the world for homeless pets

in Wisconsin. Thanks to every single one of our volunteers and supporters in the Fox Cities, we have quickly made

this dream come true! THANK YOU to all of you!

Baby Brody the Beagle, our 407th saved homeless pet, would like to extend a special thanks to each one of you

who made this possible!

Special Thank You Message from Baby Brody...

"I was just born 4 months ago and my mama and me were lost outside with no food or shelter in the hot sun. I don't know where my brothers and sisters went; it was just me left with mama when they found me.

I was lucky and a kind person rescued my mommy and me. Then another kind lady told me I was safe forever because I was going to a rescue way up north in Wisconsin.

I'm pretty little because I didn't have very much to eat or drink. The vet says I'll be a little boy my whole life because of this. I even still hide my food and toys because I want to save them for later in case I get really really hungry again. Even though my foster mama reassured me that I'll never be that hungry again.

Thanks for saving my life and my mommy's too. Her name is Ally McBeagle and she's taken very good care of me and I'm so happy she's feeling better and will be safe now too.

I'm a happy little puppy now and I can't wait find a loving family to call my very own."
