OARS Voted in Top 100 Rescues in the United States by Care2 Supporters!
Care2.com, a national Web site, had a contest for the top rescues and shelters in the U.S. in early 2009.
OARS supporters came out in full force to vote for us, and we were voted 96th best shelter in the U.S. -
only 6 short months after we began!
