+ Post for the Paws! An EASY and FUN way to help homeless pets find homes! Receive a weekly e-mail with “featured pet” flyers attached as Word docs; then just download, print and post in the community location of your choice—your workplace, favorite grocery store, gas station, restaurant, school, church or any other place where potential adopters can view adoptable pets. Simply e-mail orphananimalrescue@yahoo.com and request to be added to our e-mail list.

GATHER & COLLECT ITEMS!
+ Have a cell phone drive! All cell phones will be recycled through GRC and the proceeds will help OARS pay for supplies and veterinary care. Just collect used cell phones, then e-mail orphananimalrescue@yahoo.com and we will arrange for volunteer pick-up or drop-off.
+ Attention E-bayers! Simply select Orphan Animal Rescue as the recipient organization of a percentage of your sale - then they automatically donate the money into the OARS account - it's that easy! Learn more at ebaygivingworks.com
+ Donate pet-themed crafts! OARS is happy to accept pet-themed crafts or other homemade goods to sell at expos and events. We'd encourage you to include a business card or brochure with your items so we can acknowledge you and your business. Some people have made blankets, hats, mittens, scarves, dog coats and pet toys. GET HANDS-ON TO HELP HOMELESS PETS!
+ Volunteer: we need help on-site with kitty care, socialization and cleaning. Volunteers must be 17 or older to volunterer on-site alone; volunteers ages 12-16 can volunteer on-site with a parent or guardian.
We also need help at special events, fundraisers or doing vet runs or supply pick-ups. Please e-mail Volunteer Director Donna at volunteer@orphananimalrescue.org to see how you can help!

Paypal Instructions:
1 - Click Donate Now button on OARS home page
2 - In top blue area, enter the amount, in dollars, of your donation in the "Unit Price" white box
3 - Click the "Update Totals" gray rectangular button
4 - On the next screen, enter in your billing information in the left-hand column
5 - Click "Review Order and Continue" yellow button at bottom of screen
6 - On the next screen, please NOTE: Click "Add special instructions to merchant" blue link to add a note about your donation if it is In Memory Of or In Honor Of a special pet or person, or if it is to be used for a specific purpose, like "for Clooney's Fund" or "for Adoption Center"
7 - Click "Pay Now" yellow button
8 - You should get a confirmation "Thank you for your payment" screen that has a receipt ID. Your Paypal receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you typed in. You can also use this receipt for your tax deduction. OARS will also send you a thank-you e-mail receipt.
