Purchase a Younkers Community Day booklet for a $5 donation, and in return you get multiple 20%-off coupons and a $10 coupon off any purchase! Stop by the Adoption Center to buy the booklets during our open hours. Then take your coupons to Younkers on Sat. Feb. 27th to redeem your coupons! All proceeds from booklets sold go to help the homeless pets of OARS!

OARS First Annual Purple Paw Parade!
Join us as we walk for the homeless pets of Orphan Animal Rescue! We'll all meet at Riverside Park in Neenah and then enjoy a leisurely 2-mile walk through the city and back to Riverside Park. This fun event is open to people and pets of all ages!

OARS volunteers go above and beyond to rescue 19 more dogs and puppies from euthanasia, bringing our total to 69 dogs and puppies rescued from a high-kill shelter outside of Memphis. Meet these adorable, loving pups here!

Our weekly e-mail program, Post for the Paws, is now also available on our Web site here. We'll continue to e-mail our wonderful list of volunteers every week with adoptable pet flyers, but now you can also just go to our Web site to download the latest flyers. + Rescue Romp a Success!
Thank you to everyone who attended our Rescue Romp! Fundraiser event at Holiday's Bar and Grill in Neenah! We raised $1234.50 at the event, which will be put toward our Adoption Center. Thanks again for your support!

+ The Arkansas Puppies and Dogs Have ARRIVED!
We rescued 24 puppies and dogs from Marion, Arkansas on 5/10/09! Our amazing volunteers drove 12 there hours Friday and back on Saturday...arriving at our Co-Director's house at 12:30am!
This amazing rescue includes 12 Lab mix puppies, 2 young female Rat Terrier mixes, 2 young female Beagle mixes, 2 young Fox Terrier mixes (1 female/1 male), 1 Lab/Golden Retriever male puppy, 1 Lab/German Shepherd male puppy, 1 young female Silky Terrier mix, 1 young female Jack Russell/Chihuahua, a young male Pug and a young male Chihuahua.

Thank you to EVERYONE who came to our Kitten and Puppy Baby Shower on Sunday April 19! We raised nearly $600 and received almost $300 in kitten and puppy supply donations! Now we can save even more orphan babies!
